Internship Position (C122) - HR/Staffing Consultant
• Partnering with the leading resources and search for desired candidates;
• Actively participating in social networking (LinkedIn, Twitter, Indeed ,etc.);
• Developing a pipeline of active and passive candidates;
• Screening candidates on basic skill set, availability, interest level, compensation, relocation needs, etc.
• Consistently offering innovative solutions to recruiting challenges within the broader context of the organization’s priorities and approach to problem solving;
• Working on improvement of job descriptions and internal onboarding procedures;
• Understanding the customer service/customer experience issues related to recruitment, on boarding and job posting.
• Provides assistance on various projects within the HR department.
• You are a self-starter that can work analytically and independently in a small team;
• You want to work in an international environment;
• Passionate about recruitment and human resources;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization both written and verbally;
• Consistently demonstrate the company’s core values;
• Represent our company professionally & efficiently;
• A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills;
• Chinese skills not required;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong Internet research skills.
• Experience with HR and recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
